The California Energy Commission is commencing
a project to develop a methodology to quantify
the benefits of demand response measures for
revisions to the California Building Energy
Efficiency Standards (Standards) in 2008. Southern
California Edison and Sempra Utilities are co-funders
of the project. The methodology will evaluate
the benefits of demand response to California,
California electricity customers, and California
utilities.
